Diana Scholtz, CPNP | Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Diana grew up in rural Northwestern Pennsylvania, received her BS in Nursing from Gannon University in Erie, PA and completed a Masters in Nursing-Pediatric Nurse Practitioner/Clinical Nurse Specialist at Emory University in Atlanta, GA.

Prior to joining Southern Oregon Children’s Clinic, she was commissioned in the US Navy Nurse Corps, and was stationed throughout the United States and Caribbean. She retired from the US Naval Reserves in 2007. She was most recently employed by Naval Medical Center Portsmouth; Portsmouth, VA as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Since retiring from the Navy in 2007 she continued practicing primary care pediatrics at another practice in the Rogue Valley until joining SOCC in 2023. Diana loves getting to know families and has been providing Family Centered Pediatric Care for the past 27 years.

Diana enjoys the outdoors - geocaching, hiking, camping, rafting, canoeing, and biking. She likes a variety of music, plays Alto/Tenor Saxophone and the Banjo. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children.
